When will I receive my order

You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 working days from the date of purchase.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you have not received your order within the expected timescale (as detailed above) then please send an email to juliealisonmcdonald@gmail.com and let me know. I will then investigate and, if necessary, I will arrange for a replacement item to be sent. 

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

If your order is damaged during transit please take a photograph and email it to me with your details so I can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. You can email the photograph to me at:- juliealisonmcdonald@gmail.com. Please provide your name and the date of your order.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed or cancel it?

I aim to dispatch orders as soon as I receive them, so it may be too late to cancel or change it. However, if you email me at juliealisonmcdonald@gmail.com with your instructions, as soon as possible, I will endeavour to make the necessary changes if your order has not already been dispatched.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

My books are printed locally in Sussex at Pureprint, Uckfield which makes my books much more sustainable than those which are printed overseas. Pureprint is an ethical printer who prints on forest friendly and recycled paper.
